SAMANTA FOUNDATION is incorporated as a Section 8 Company Limited by Guarantee and not having a share capital under the Companies Act, 2013. Our registered office is situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Our objects extend to the whole of India and abroad. Profits and income, whenever derived, are applied solely for the promotion of our charitable objects — never distributed as dividends to members.
