To undertake projects for construction, maintenance and development of affordable shelters and community homes for needy people.

To provide housing facilities and support for economically weaker sections, underprivileged families and homeless individuals.

To carry out charitable and social activities aimed at uplifting marginalized women, fostering gender equality and creating a safe and supportive environment for their growth.

To undertake initiatives for women empowerment through education, skill development, employment opportunities and financial independence programs.

To promote social welfare by supporting the marriage of underprivileged girls and widows, ensuring their dignity and security in society.

To provide food, clothing and essential ration supplies to poor, needy and underprivileged sections of society.

To support livelihood generation by providing shops, tailoring machines, tools or other means of self-employment to women and underprivileged persons.

To promote and provide quality education through schools, learning centres, coaching centres, adult education, digital learning, vocational training, skill development, literacy programs and educational support for children, youth, women, senior citizens and socially disadvantaged groups.

To establish, operate, manage and support Vriddha Ashrams (old-age homes), day-care centres for senior citizens, assisted living, rehabilitation and wellness centres for care, protection, shelter, food, medical support, emotional well-being and dignity of the elderly.

To promote healthcare and medical relief by establishing and supporting hospitals, clinics, health camps, telemedicine, mobile health vans, diagnostic centres, rehabilitation centres and programs for preventive healthcare, hygiene, nutrition and disease awareness.

To provide socio-economic support to the elderly, including counselling, recreational activities, legal awareness, pension assistance, emergency care, physiotherapy, mental wellness and programs aimed at reducing neglect, loneliness and elder abuse.

To promote education and skill development for self-reliance, including training in computer literacy, livelihood skills, vocational courses, women empowerment programs and community-based learning.

To undertake welfare activities for the poor, underprivileged, differently-abled, marginalized communities and those requiring support in education, health, nutrition and social development.

To appoint staff, consultants, volunteers, experts and professionals required for efficient functioning, with reasonable remuneration, honorarium or reimbursement.

To organize training programs, events, conferences, awareness camps and exhibitions that support or enhance the impact of the main objectives.

To collaborate, associate, affiliate or merge with other entities, organizations, trusts, institutions or government departments having similar objects.

To create endowments, trusts or special purpose vehicles for promoting any of the main objects of the company.

To undertake research, analysis and surveys, and to maintain databases and documentation relevant to the company’s mission.

To collaborate with national and international NGOs, trusts, governments and agencies with similar objectives for furthering the company’s mission.

To do all such other lawful things as may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
